Villa M

Villa M is a project currently under development in the province of Como. Driven by a meticulous solar orientation study and a desire to maximize outdoor living opportunities, the design evolves around a signature element: a large, sheltered portico, featuring a transparent central section.

The horizontal projection of the portico, the rhythmic cadence of the structural supports, and the continuous profile of the eaves converge to instill the composition with a sense of dynamism and formal uniqueness.

 

The design opportunity originates from classical spatial and functional requirements. However, the resulting architecture is far from conventional, elevated by high-quality, distinctive elements that define its character.
