About Us
After graduating from the Politecnico di Milano and gaining individual professional experience, Roberto Ghioldi and Anna Ghirardello founded GH ARCHITETTI ASSOCIATI in 1998, deriving the firm's name from the first two letters of their respective surnames. Since its inception, the practice has delivered numerous designs and completed works, consistently providing diverse solutions tailored to the specific needs of both corporate and private clients.
A distinctive creative flair, combined with constant engagement with on-site construction dynamics, has been the cornerstone of the firm’s success. Over the years, the practice has expanded its expertise to include urban planning, landscaping, and administrative consultancy, fostering established synergies with external specialists in parallel fields—such as structural engineering, building physics, MEP engineering, agronomy, and land registry services.

ANNA GHIRARDELLO
With a foundational background in the fine arts (Liceo Artistico Frattini, Varese), she continues to cultivate a deep-seated passion and expertise in arts including a dedicated practice in painting.
Her hallmark is a creative approach defined by the visionary conceptualization of three-dimensional space. She expertly translates functional requirements into architectural proposals, bridging the gap between initial ideation and technical realization. Through both illustrative and technical mastery, she renders geometries and atmospheres that make the final vision clearly intelligible and compelling to the client.
Endowed with a singular aesthetic sensibility in harmonizing materials, forms, and colors, she consistently delivers innovative design outcomes that avoid repetitive solutions.
Her extensive portfolio of residential architecture has been expanded in recent years to include prestigious developments in the commercial and hospitality sectors.
Furthermore, she serves as a consultant on several Landscape Commissions at the regional level, lending her expertise to the governance of territorial development.
ROBERTO GHIOLDI
With a foundational background in scientific studies (Liceo P. Giovio, now Liceo Terragni), Roberto Ghioldi pursued advanced specializations following his degree, including Healthcare Architecture at the Faculty of Engineering in Bologna and Landscape Expertise through the Chamber of Architects of Como (Ordine degli Architetti).
He is currently leading complex urban regeneration projects centered on the redevelopment of former industrial brownfield sites. Furthermore, he serves as a permanent Technical Consultant for a leading law firm in Como, providing expert advice on urban planning and construction-related legal matters.
Driven by a profound interest in territorial heritage,both from a historical and infrastructural/transportation perspective, he has authored numerous thematic publications and research studies.
