La committenza \u00e8 direttamente l\u2019impresa di costruzioni che ha affidato l&#8217;incarico allo studio, con la richiesta esplicita di realizzare un edificio contemporaneo e di qualit\u00e0, sia sotto il profilo formale sia da un punto di vista prestazionale, in vista di una successiva collocazione su una coerente nicchia di mercato.<\/p><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65c24601 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"65c24601\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">IL MOVIMENTO DEI VOLUMI GENERA L\u2019IMMAGINE DI UNA UNICA VILLA DI PREGIO, CELANDO LA COMPRESENZA DI DUE UNITA\u2019 IMMBOLIAIRI DISTINTE<\/h4><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-21bc9e3f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"21bc9e3f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><\/div><p>La morfologia del terreno ha guidato la composizione architettonica determinandone l&#8217;articolazione verticale su tre livelli, di cui l&#8217;inferiore incassato nel terreno e i due superiori fuori terra sovrapposti e slittati l&#8217;un l&#8217;altro in modo da determinare superfici porticate sul fronte e un ampio terrazzo sul retro. Scale e vasche a verde esterne sono altrettanti elementi costitutivi del progetto.
